1. How can I care for my jewelry? 

With proper care, your piece of jewelry can last for years. Tarnishing will not occur, but oxidation might.

Taking care of your jewelry will elongate its life. 

1. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming or exercising.

2. Do not spray perfume directly on your jewelry.

3. Wait until your lotion/cream is dry or has been absorbed by your skin before you wear your gold plated jewelry.

4. Place jewelry in soft cloth bag, pouch, or case to avoid rubbing it against something hard. Also, if possible store it in a dark, cool place. 

2. How can I clean my jewelry?

The best way to clean your jewelry is with a microfiber cloth. 

For a light clean, we recommend you clean the jewelry with warm water mixed with mild soap. Place the jewelry in the mixture and leave for a several minutes. Rinse it out, and use a soft cloth to dry the item.

3. Do you restock items?

Please note that since our jewelry is all handmade, we have limited quantities of each item and cannot guarantee there will be a restock of any specific one.

Restocks on items may vary. If an item becomes out of stock very quickly after being released, we will most likely restock. We always update our Facebook and Instagram, so make sure to follow us to stay updated

4.How long does shipping take?

After your order is placed, it goes into the processing period which usually takes 1-2 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Once your order is sent from our facility to the post office shipping can take 1-3 business days (time can vary due to Covid-19). 

5. I never received my package, what should I do?

Once your order is shipped it will automatically send you a tracking number with the shipping confirmation email. We are no longer responsible for your package once it is picked up by USPS. We cannot refund you for lost packages. If your package is lost please contact USPS with your tracking number. 

6. I placed an order and one of my items are out of stock, what will happen?

If this occurs we will refund the item that is out of stock to your original form of payment. This may take up to 5-10 business days depending on your bank. This rarely happens, but if it does we will refund you.

7. Can I return something I bought on sale?

All sale items are final sale, no exceptions. 

8. What items cannot be returned? 

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

9. How long until I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed 1-2 business days after we have received your order back from USPS. You will receive your refund within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

10. What is your exchange policy?

We offer full refund for all purchases made at retail price. Items that were on sale are final sale. Items must be unused, and returned in its original condition. Any fragrance on item is considered used. Please refer to our RETURN POLICY for further information.

11. What should I do if I received a damaged item?

In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a damaged item please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will take care of you immediately. You will have 7 days from the initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence.
