1. Can I Wear My Jewelry Every Day?

Absolutely! Our jewelry is crafted from premium 316L stainless steel with an 18k gold PVD coating, making it waterproof, sweat-proof, and tarnish-resistant. You can confidently wear your pieces in the shower, at the gym, or while swimming.

2. Is Your Jewelry Hypoallergenic?

Yes! Our jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making it safe and comfortable for even the most sensitive skin.

3. How Should I Care for My Jewelry?

While our jewelry is built to last, proper care ensures it stays stunning for years to come:

  • Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box to avoid scratches.
  • Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing to remove oils or residue.
  • Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals or cleaning agents.
  • For a light clean, wash your jewelry with warm water and a mild soap solution. Rinse thoroughly, then pat dry with a soft cloth to maintain its shine. This is especially recommended after wearing your pieces in saltwater, or chlorinated pools.

4. Can I Wear My Jewelry in the Shower, at the Gym, or While Using Products?

Yes! Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear and can handle exposure to water, sweat, lotions, perfumes, and shampoos without losing its shine. Whether you’re showering, swimming, working out, or getting ready for a night out, your pieces are made to stay beautiful and tarnish-free.

5. What Materials Do You Use?

We use 316L stainless steel (surgical-grade steel) as a base, coated with a thick layer of 18k gold via PVD. PVD is a cutting-edge, eco-friendly process that’s 10x more durable than traditional plating.

6. When Is It Not Recommended to Wear the Jewelry?

Even though our jewelry is designed for everyday wear, including water, sweat, and regular activity. We recommend removing it in certain situations to keep it looking flawless:

  • During intense physical activities that could cause scratches or impact.
  • When using harsh chemicals like bleach, strong cleaning agents, or abrasive products.

Taking these small precautions will help your pieces stay beautiful and last even longer.

7. Can the Plating/Color Fade?

It is rare for the color on your jewelry to fade, but yes it’s possible. Unlike traditional gold-plated pieces that lose their shine quickly, our jewelry is coated with a revolutionary PVD process that applies a layer of 18k gold up to 10x thicker than standard plating.

8. How long does shipping take?

After your order is placed, it goes into the processing period which usually takes 1-2 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Once your order is sent from our facility to the post office shipping can take 2-5 business days.

9. I never received my package, what should I do?

Once your order is shipped it will automatically send you a tracking number with the shipping confirmation email. We are no longer responsible for your package once it is picked up by USPS. We cannot refund you for lost packages. If your package is lost please contact USPS with your tracking number. 

10. I placed an order and one of my items are out of stock, what will happen?

If this occurs we will refund the item that is out of stock to your original form of payment. This may take up to 5-10 business days depending on your bank. This rarely happens, but if it does we will refund you.

11. What items cannot be returned? 

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

12. How long until I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed 1-2 business days after we have received your order back from USPS. You will receive your refund within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

13. What is your exchange policy?

We offer full refund for all purchases made at retail price. Items that were on sale are FINAL sale. Items must be unused, and returned in its original condition. Any fragrance on item is considered used. Please refer to our RETURN POLICY for further information.

14. What should I do if I received a damaged item?

In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a damaged item please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will take care of you immediately. You will have 7 days from the initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence.
