We want you to love your jewelry! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

• Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
• Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations cannot be accepted.
• Sale or final-sale items are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at shoplunamel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship your item back using a trackable shipping service. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.)

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help with an exchange if stock is available.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
